How It Works

  • Select Your Date: During checkout, pick a date for local delivery, pickup, or shipping.
  • Order Confirmation: Your order is processed and prepared for delivery based on your chosen schedule.
  • Tracking Details: Receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order ships.
  • Transit Time: Some deliveries may require extra time depending on your location.

  • Location: Shabi's, 10737 Yonge Street, Unit #17, Richmond Hill.
  • Pickup Hours: Wednesday–Sunday, 12 PM – 6:30 PM. Closed Monday–Tuesday.
  • Processing Time: Orders are ready for pickup within 48 hours.
  • Instructions: Bring your confirmation email or SMS for a quick and easy pickup.

Local GTA Delivery – FREE Over $95

Let us bring your plants to your doorstep with our local GTA delivery service.

  • Delivery Days: Select your delivery date during checkout.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days.
  • Care Tips: Deliveries include care instructions to keep your plants thriving.

  • Standard Local Delivery Rates:

Standard Shipping – Ontario & Quebec – FREE Over $110

We ship plants across Ontario and Quebec with reliable carriers.

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday–Thursday. No shipping on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
  • Transit Time: Delivery within 1-2 business day after shipment. Remote areas may require extra time.
  • Carriers: Trusted partners like UPS, Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post.
  • Standard Shipping Rates:
    • Ontario: From $14.95 (calculated at checkout).
    • Quebec: From $19.95 (calculated at checkout).
    • (Limited to small & medium pot sizes).

All of our XSmall, Small and medium plants, along with planters, are now available for nationwide shipping across Canada. We deliver to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. 🌿

Remote Area Handling Fee

We deliver to remote areas for a small handling fee.

  • Fee: An additional $15 applies for remote areas.
  • Postal Codes: Areas with a “0” in the first half of the code, e.g., A0E 3B0.
