Standard Shipping – Ontario & Quebec – FREE Over $125
We ship plants across Ontario and Quebec with reliable carriers.
- Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday–Thursday. No shipping on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
- Transit Time: Delivery within 1-2 business day after shipment. Remote areas may require extra time.
- Carriers: Trusted partners like UPS, Purolator, Canpar and Canada Post.
- Standard Shipping Rates:
- Ontario: From $14.95 (calculated at checkout).
- Quebec: From $19.95 (calculated at checkout).

All of our XSmall, Small and medium plants, along with planters, are now available for nationwide shipping across Canada. We deliver to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.

Winter Shipping Protection (WSP)
We take winter plant shipping seriously. Winter Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that gives your plants the safest journey possible during cold months.
With WSP, you get:
- Destination weather temperature checks before shipping.
- Heat packs included in the box.
- Insulation and special winter packing procedures.
If You Miss Your Local Delivery
Our delivery representative will call you to coordinate. Here's what happens:
- First missed attempt: Free redelivery within 2-4 days for Toronto core, or up to 7 days for other locations.
- Second missed attempt: A redelivery charge applies.
- Cancel after a delivery attempt: A $15 charge applies for each unsuccessful attempt.
- Tip: Add your phone number at checkout so our driver can reach you.
If Your Plant Arrives Damaged
- Report within 72 hours of receiving your order through our contact form with photos.
- We'll work with you to find the best solution: a replacement or refund.
- Covered by our 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee for damage, pests, or disease.
- Note: Cold damage is only covered if Winter Shipping Protection was purchased.
Remote Area Handling Fee
We deliver to remote areas for a small handling fee.
- Fee: An additional $15 applies for remote areas.
- Postal Codes: Areas with a “0” in the first half of the code, e.g., A0E 3B0.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Delivery happens on the date you select at checkout. Choose your preferred "Order Due Date" and your plants will arrive on that day, fresh and ready.
Is shipping plants in winter safe?
Yes, with Winter Shipping Protection (a paid add-on). We check destination weather, add heat packs and insulation, and may delay shipping until conditions are safe.
Do I need to be home to receive my plants?
Not usually, but we recommend being available so plants aren't left outside for extended periods, especially in winter.
Can I ship plants as a gift?
Yes. Ship to a different address and add a gift note at checkout.
Do you ship to PO boxes or rural addresses?
We ship to physical addresses only. Some rural locations may have longer delivery times and an additional handling fee.
Can I send orders to multiple addresses?
Each shipping address requires a separate order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
What is the 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee?
If your plant isn't thriving within 30 days, send us photos and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.
