Local Pickup (FREE)

  • Location: Shabi's, 10737 Yonge Street, Unit #17, Richmond Hill.
  • Hours: Wednesday-Sunday, 12 PM to 6:30 PM; Monday-Tuesday CLOSED.
  • Pickup Timeframe: Usually ready within 48 hours.
  • Instructions: Follow in-store procedures for a smooth pickup experience.

Local GTA Delivery (Free over $95)

  • Advantages: No heavy lifting, care instructions included, and top-notch plant quality.
  • What to Expect: Learn what to expect from MyGreenscape's plant delivery.

Local Delivery (Outside GTA - Surrounding Area, Free over $125)

  • Processing Time: 2-4 business days for GTA orders.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, expect doorstep delivery within 1 business day.
  • Courier: Your plants are handled with care by our specialized courier.
  • Shipping Rate: From $14.99 (calculated at checkout).

Standard Shipping (Outside GTA - Ontario & Quebec)

  • Processing Time: 2-4 business days for orders outside GTA.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday. No deliveries occur on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Once shipped, expect doorstep delivery within 1 business day.
  • Carrier: Reliable service through Canada Post, UPS, Purolator.
  • Delivery Standards for Remote Areas
    • If the destination postal code is located in a remote area, Canada Post may add up to 5 business days, in addition to the posted delivery time.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Ontario: From $20 (calculated at checkout)
    • Quebec: From $25 (calculated at checkout)
    • (Limited to small & medium pot sizes)

Express Shipping

  • Processing Time: Expedited within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Expect quick delivery, but be aware of potential separate packages.

Remote Area Handling Fee

  • Additional Costs: For orders shipping to remote areas, an additional $15 handling fee will apply. If your postal code has a "0" (zero) in the first half, such as A0E 3B0, this fee will be applied during checkout. This fee helps cover the extra costs associated with delivering to these locations while still maintaining the quality of service you expect.
