Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all provinces.

We provide local delivery to Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and nearby areas like Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough, Plants in medium size pots (5” - 6” or under) can be shipped to all provinces, including Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and more.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery happens on the date you select at checkout. Simply choose your preferred “Order Due Date,” and we’ll ensure your plants arrive on that day, fresh and ready to enjoy.

Is shipping plants in winter safe?

We take winter plant shipping seriously. Before any order leaves, we check the weather at the destination and may delay shipping if temperatures are dangerously low. All boxed plants are protected with heat packs and insulation when needed to prevent cold damage. While some stress can happen during shipping, healthy plants usually bounce back quickly with proper light and care. Winter shipping protection is available for an additional fee to give your plants the safest journey possible.

What happens if I don’t purchase Winter Shipping Protection?

Without Winter Shipping Protection (WSP):


  • Temperature checks won't be conducted.
  • Heat packs won't be included.
  • Special packing procedures won't be followed.
  • We may not ship on certain days unless WSP has been purchased. If your plants are damaged due to cold temperatures and WSP was not purchased, they will not qualify for replacement or refunds.

What if I missed my local delivery?

If you happen to miss your local delivery, don't worry! Our Delivery Representative will reach out to you via phone to ensure someone responsible is available at home.

In case you miss the delivery for the first time, your order will be placed back in the delivery queue. Expect a redelivery within 2-4 days for Toronto core areas or up to 7 days for other locations.

Missed it again? A redelivery charge will be applied for the second attempt.

Should you decide to cancel the order after a delivery attempt, a $15 delivery charge will be applied for each unsuccessful attempt.

Make sure to provide your phone number during the order so we can easily communicate with you to coordinate the delivery schedule.

Do I need to be home to receive my plants?

Not usually, but we recommend being available on delivery day so plants are not left outside for extended periods. Especially during winter.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I ship plants as a gift?

Yes. You can ship to a different address and include a gift note at checkout.

What should I do if my plants arrive damaged?

If, unfortunately, your plants arrive damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Please reach out to our customer service through the contact form, and we'll work together to find the best solution for you.

To help us evaluate whether the damage occurred during transport, we kindly request you to get in touch within the first 72 hours after receiving your order.

We appreciate your prompt communication in these situations.

Do you ship to PO boxes or rural addresses?

We currently ship to physical addresses only. Some rural locations may experience longer delivery times, and handling fee.

Why does my plant look different from the website?

Your plant might look a bit different from the website, and that's totally normal! Live plants naturally have variations in color, texture, finish, and size.

Even though we try our best to showcase them accurately, you might notice subtle differences from what you see online. It's all part of the unique charm of each living plant!

Do you offer local pickup?

Absolutely! We provide in-store local pickup at our Richmond Hill Location.

Our doors are open 
Wednesday to Sunday from 12 PM to 6:30 PM, and we're closed on Monday and Tuesday.


Your pickup orders are typically ready within 48 hours, and you've got a 15-day window to swing by and grab them. Easy peasy!

Can I send multiple orders to different addresses?

Each shipping address requires a separate order.

What is the Life Time Support?

Absolutely! Lifetime support means you can count on us whenever you have questions or uncertainties about your plant. Whether you're puzzled by its behavior or just want to ensure it's thriving, we're here for you.

However, it's important to note that the lifetime support ends if, unfortunately, the plant is no longer with us. Please keep in mind that while we're happy to help troubleshoot issues, the support does not include replacing deceased plants.

Can I get help caring for a plant I didn’t buy from Mygreenscape?

Yes. Our lifetime plant support is available to everyone, regardless of where the plant was purchased.

Do I have to repot my plants once it arrives?

Most plants don’t need to be repotted immediately. Experts recommend letting your new plant settle in its current pot for 7–10 days. This gives it time to recover from shipping and adjust to its new environment before any changes are made.

After this period, you can repot if needed, but often your plant will thrive right where it arrived.

What should I do if I notice pests?

Isolate the plant right away and contact us for guidance. Pests can happen, even with healthy plants. Common Pests

Will my plant look exactly like the photo?

Each plant is unique. Size, shape, and colour may vary slightly, which is completely normal.

How often should I water my plant?

Watering depends on the plant type, light, and environment. Always check the soil before watering rather than following a strict schedule.

Should I repot my plant right away?

We recommend letting your plant acclimate for at least one to two weeks before repotting.

How do I know what light my plant needs?

Light requirements are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help you choose the right spot. Plant Light Requirements

What should I do if my plant seems not doing well?

If your plant isn't thriving, no worries – we've got your back! Just snap a quick picture of your plant and share it with us through our Lifetime Support Page or shoot us an email at support@mygreenscape.ca. We're here to lend a helping hand! 🌿

How do I deal with bugs, mould, or mushrooms on my plant?

Sometimes plants attract tiny pests, mould, or even mushrooms, especially if soil stays too wet. If you see bugs, gently isolate the plant from others, wipe the leaves, and use an insecticidal spray if needed to keep them from returning.

White mould on the soil usually means it’s a bit too damp; scrape it off and let the soil dry a little between waterings. Mushrooms can pop up in moist soil as well remove them and replace the top layer of soil if you have potting mix on hand. They’re safe to touch but should not be eaten by people or pets.

How do I take care of my new plant?

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your plants, so every plant purchase comes with our 30‑Day Happy Plant Guarantee.

If your plant arrives with serious damage, pests, or disease, you can contact us with photos within 30 days and we’ll offer a full replacement or a refund.

Because plants are living organisms, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” once a plant has been out of its original environment for more than 24 hours, and plants must not be repotted, trimmed, or altered. If your return is approved for a health‑related issue, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For full details, see our return policy page

What is the 30‑Day Happy Plant Guarantee and how does it work?

Our 30‑Day Happy Plant Guarantee means we stand behind the health of every plant you order from us. If your plant isn’t thriving within 30 days of delivery, we’ll work with you to make it right.

That could mean a replacement plant or store credit, depending on what you prefer and what makes sense.

What if part of my order arrives damaged but the rest is fine?

Contact us with photos of the affected plant and we’ll take care of that portion of your order.

What is covered under the 30 Day Happy Plant Guarantee?

If your plant arrives damaged or declines within 30 days, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.

How long does a refund or replacement take?

Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days.

Can I return a plant if I change my mind?

Change of mind returns are not accepted for live plants.

What is not considered a valid return reason?

Natural variation, cosmetic imperfections, or changes due to normal care and environment are not considered defects.
