At MyGreenscape, we believe every plant should be happy—and so should you! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee to ensure you love your new plants. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned plant parent, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged or Lost Plants?
We carefully pack and ship each order, but we understand that mishaps can occur. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to arrive, we’re here to help:
- Damaged Plants: Take a photo of the plant and packaging immediately.
- Lost Orders: Check the tracking information in your confirmation email. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date, let us know.
- Contact Us: Email photos and order details to info@mygreenscape.ca or call us at 647-990-3646 within 30 days.
We’ll work with you to send a replacement or process a refund if necessary.
Returns and Refunds
- Plants must be returned in their original condition—no damage, alterations, or neglect.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or pickup confirmation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges and Sale Items
- Exchanges: Due to fluctuating stock levels, we do not currently offer exchanges for plants.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.
Eco-Friendly Disposal Tips
If a plant cannot be returned, we encourage composting or disposing of it through your local green waste services to reduce environmental impact.

- Pack plants securely to maintain their condition during transit.
- Use trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance for items valued over $75 to ensure safe returns.
