At MyGreenscape, we believe in your plant happiness. If you're not satisfied within 15 days of purchase (pickup confirmation for pickups, delivery date for shipped orders), return your plants in their original condition. No alterations, damage, neglect, or modifications, please.

Note: Avoid unnecessary repotting during the initial fifteen days.

We meticulously pack your order, but minor transit damage may occur. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

For online purchases, the guarantee applies within the first 30 days.

Returns & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.

When sending back a plant, pack it securely to maintain its condition. Once we receive the return, we'll inspect the items and issue a refund if they're in resalable condition.

Please note that the time for exchanged products to reach you may vary by location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for secure returns.
