At Mygreenscape, we guarantee that every plant leaves our care in peak biological health. Our guarantee covers the viability and health of your plant for 30 days.
Returns & Eligibility
To maintain the biosecurity of our greenhouse and the health of our stock, we have strict return criteria:

Health Claims: If a plant arrives with significant damage, pests, or disease, we offer a full replacement or refund.

Aesthetic Returns: Due to the living nature of our products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences once a plant has been removed from its original environment for more than 24 hours.

Original Condition: Plants must not have been repotted, trimmed, or altered.
