To ensure the safe arrival of your green companions, we highly recommend adding our Winter Shipping Protection (WSP) service to your order, especially if your local high temperatures are expected to fall below 15 degrees Celsius.
| To address this issue, we offer an optional (WSP) Winter Shipping Protection packaging add-on that safeguards your plants during transit. This solution comprises a cool-shield thermal wrap and, based on the delivery address, 72-hour heat packs: |
Without WSP:
- Temperature checks won't be performed.
- Special packing procedures will not be applied.
- We may not ship on specific days when it's too cold.
Please note that if you choose not to purchase WSP and your plants are damaged due to cold temperatures, we won't be able to replace them.
By adding WSP to your order, you entrust us to personally monitor weather conditions and take all necessary precautions to ensure your plants' safety. This includes using heat packs, implementing specialized packing techniques, and selecting the right shipping days.
In the unlikely event that your plant sustains any damage despite WSP, please reach out to us at support@mygreenscape.ca. To help us address the issue, kindly provide photos of the entire plant, highlighting specific damages, along with the packing slip found inside the box.
