Where Our Plants Come From
Our plants come from different nurseries across Canada and the US. We source directly from top-rated growers, which is how we sell quality plants at lower prices.
The 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee
Every plant we ship is covered by our 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or isn't growing within 30 days send us a photo and we’ll process a replacement.
For full terms, see our Return Policy. Refunds are processed within 4-5 business days. All plant sales are final once they leave our care, unless a health issue is proven.
Free Lifetime Plant Support
Every plant you buy from us comes with free Lifetime Plant Support. If you have a question about your plant at any point, whether the leaves are doing something strange or you just want to check it's thriving, our team will help.
You can email support@mygreenscape.ca or message us on Instagram at @mygreenscapeto. Lifetime support covers care guidance for as long as your plant is alive, but it doesn't include replacing plants that have passed on.
The Plant Care Library
Our Plant Care Library is free for everyone, whether you've ordered from us or not. It covers watering, lighting, repotting, pest control, and seasonal adjustments for common houseplants.
How We Pack Your Plants
Every plant is hand-picked and shipped in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging. In winter, we wrap plants in a cool-shield thermal wrap with 72 hour heat packs to keep them safe from the cold. Our Winter Shipping Protection helps plants arrive safe, even in freezing weather.
Delivery Across Canada
We ship XSmall, Small, and Medium plants, along with all planters, nationwide across Canada. That includes Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
Most orders arrive within 2-7 days depending on your location. Orders ship Monday through Thursday with trusted carriers including UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post. Standard shipping in Ontario starts at $14.95 and in Quebec at $19.95. A small handling fee of $15 applies for remote postal codes. For full shipping details, see our Delivery page.
Free Local Delivery in the GTA
If you're in the Greater Toronto Area, your plants get hand-delivered by one of our team members. Local delivery is free on orders over $95 in the GTA. Standard shipping across Ontario and Quebec is free on orders over $125.
If you happen to miss your local delivery, our delivery representative will call to arrange a time that works for you.
Pickup at Our Richmond Hill Location
We offer in-store pickup at our Richmond Hill location. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours, and you have a 15-day window to come by and collect them.
Every plant you see online is also available in-store. We are open Wednesday to Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM. You're welcome to drop in, browse, and ask our team for plant recommendations.
Digital Cards, Gifting, and Corporate Orders
If you're shopping for someone else, we have plant bundles where you can mix and match 4-8 plants. If you’re unsure what to pick then our digital gift card lets them pick their own plant.
For the office, an event, or client gifts, get in touch with our team and we can help set up a corporate order that works for you.
Savings, Rewards, and Payment Options
New customers get 10% off their first order when they create an account and sign up for our newsletter. Every order earns points through our loyalty rewards program, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Points are valid for 12 months from your last purchase. We also offer Afterpay so you can buy now and pay later.
